Product Description
MK-201 is a lead-based composite stabilizer formulated from various functional lead salts and high-efficiency additives. It provides a well-balanced internal and external lubrication performance along with excellent thermal stability.
Compared with traditional single-component powdered lead stabilizers, MK-201 offers superior dispersion, compatibility, lubrication, and thermal stability in PVC resins. It is also dust-free during processing.
When used in combination with titanium dioxide (TiO₂), it can reduce the required dosage of UV absorbers and antioxidants, offering excellent overall cost performance and processing efficiency. It is suitable for a wide range of PVC processing applications.
