Raw Materials & Manufacturing Process
MK-302 is produced from butyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate monomers using seed emulsion polymerization to form a core-shell structured polymer. It is then processed through coagulation, demulsification, washing, dehydration, fluidized bed drying, and ultra-fine pulverization.
The product features uniform molecular weight distribution, with outstanding weather resistance and impact performance.
