Raw Materials & Manufacturing Process

MK-303 is produced from acrylate copolymer monomers through high-molecular-weight emulsion polymerization, followed by devolatilization, impurity removal, spray drying, and ultra-fine pulverization.

It is specifically designed to promote PVC gelation and melt plasticization with fast processing response.
