Raw Materials & Manufacturing Process
Main Raw Materials:
1,4-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid, o-aminophenol, boric acid / phosphoric acid catalysts, high-boiling aromatic solvents
Manufacturing Process:
1,4-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid is first converted through acyl chlorination, followed by high-temperature condensation cyclization with o-aminophenol.
Impurities are removed by hot filtration, then the product is cooled for crystallization and purified through alcohol washing. Finally, it is dried and ultra-finely pulverized to obtain the finished product.
