Product Description

PCTFE is the homopolymer of chlorotrifluoroethylene, which has excellent water vapor barrier properties, good low temperature resistance and high compressive strength, and is resistant to various acids, alkalis, oils and most organic solvents. It can be processed by thermoplastic processing methods. Its longterm use temperature is -200 ~120 °C.

Conformable with Q/0321DYS 026

Application

Mainly used in aviation, aerospace, medicine, chemical, electrical and other fields.

MK-31/MK-32: High-molecular-weight, crack-resistant resin. Suitable for compression molding; primarily used for sheets, rods, tubes, gaskets, sealing rings, etc.

MK-33: Suitable for extrusion molding; primarily used for pipes, sheets, films, etc.

MK-34: Suitable for extrusion and injection molding; primarily used for films and injection-molded parts such as pumps and valves.

MK-35: Suitable for injection molding; primarily used for injection-molded parts such as pumps and valves.

Packaging

  • Packaged in plastic bags and then placed in cartons; net content per drum is 25 kg.

Transportation & Storage

Transportation: Non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive; transported as non-hazardous goods.

Storage: It should be stored in a clean, dry, and cool environment, protected against the ingress of impurities such as dust and moisture.

Attention

Processing at temperatures above 350°C should be avoided to prevent decomposition and the release of toxic gases.
