Raw Materials & Manufacturing Process
Main Raw Materials:
5-tert-butyl-2-aminophenol, 2,5-thiophenedicarboxylic acid, boric acid, trichlorobenzene / mesitylene (high-boiling solvents)
Manufacturing Process:
The raw materials are introduced into a solvent system and heated to 200–220°C under nitrogen protection for condensation cyclization.
After completion of the reaction, the solvent is removed by vacuum distillation, followed by cooling crystallization. The product is then purified through alcohol washing and recrystallization, and finally dried, pulverized, and sieved to obtain the finished product.
