Raw Materials & Manufacturing Process
Main Raw Materials:
4,4′-Diaminostilbene-2,2′-disulfonic acid (DSD acid), cyanuric chloride, morpholine, aniline derivatives, liquid alkali, hydrochloric acid
Manufacturing Process:
Under low-temperature conditions, cyanuric chloride undergoes the first condensation reaction with DSD acid. The temperature is then increased to complete the second and third condensation reactions with amine intermediates.
The product is subsequently acid-precipitated, filtered, washed to remove salts, dried, and pulverized to obtain the final powder.
