Raw Materials & Manufacturing Process
Main Raw Materials:
Biphenyl dialdehyde, styryl phosphonate, sodium methoxide / potassium tert-butoxide (alkaline catalysts), DMF / toluene solvents
Manufacturing Process:
The product is synthesized via a Wittig–Horner condensation reaction under alkaline conditions with heating.
After the reaction, the mixture is cooled for crystallization, followed by alcohol washing to remove impurities and recrystallization for purification. The final product is obtained through drying and pulverization.
