Product Description
This product is a powdered polyvinylidene fluoride copolymer, mainly used for coating lithium battery separators. It can effectively improve the wettability and electrolyte retention of PE and PP separators, which is more conducive to the battery hot pressing process and can increase the electrochemical stability of the separator and the safety of the battery.
Application
It is mainly used for coating lithium battery separators, and can be used for both oil-based and water-based coatings.
Packaging
- Packed in plastic bags, then into paper drums, each drum containing 20kg net weight.
Transportation, Storage & Precaution
Transportation: Transport as non-dangerous goods. Avoid heat, moisture, or severe vibration during transportation.
Storage: Store in a clean, dry environment at 5~30℃ to prevent dust, moisture and other impurities from getting in.
Precaution: Avoid processing or using at temperatures above 350℃ to prevent decomposition and the generation of toxic gases.
