Product Description

Medical-grade FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and hexafluoropropylene (HFP); it exhibits high chemical stability, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and high biocompatibility, and can be processed using thermoplastic processing methods.

Application

It is mainly used in medical field.Such as pharmaceutical packaging materials, seals in medical equipment, medical catheters, medical pipelines, and parts in interventional medical devices.

Packaging

  • Packed in polyethylene plastic bags, and then sealed in outer packaging bags, each bag contains a net weight of 25 kg.

Transportation & Storage

Transportation: Non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive; transported as non-hazardous goods.

Storage: Stored in a clean, dry, cool and dark environment, avoid contamination.

Attention

The processing temperature should not exceed 420 ℃ to avoid decomposition and the generation of toxic gases.
