Product Description

High frequency and low dielectric FEP is the copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and hexafluoropropylene (HFP), which has better dielectric loss at high frequencies, good thermal stability, outstanding chemical inertness, low coefficient of friction and excellent electrical insulation. It can be processed by thermoplastic method.

Application

It is mainly used in communication, medical, radar navigation, 5G, electronic and electrical, and other fields, especially as high-speed extrusion small-caliber wire insulation material,it also has excellent dielectric properties and cracking resistance while meeting high speed extrusion.

Packaging

  • Packed in polyethylene plastic bags, and then sealed in outer packaging bags, each bag contains a net weight of 25 kg.

Transportation & Storage

Transportation:Non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive; transported as non-hazardous goods.

Storage: Stored in a clean, dry, cool, and dark environment, preventing the introduction of impurities.

Attention

The processing temperature should not exceed 420℃, to avoid decomposition and the generation of toxic gases.
