Product Description
FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) powder is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene; it features excellent thermal stability, outstanding chemical inertness, superior electrical insulation properties, and a low coefficient of friction. It can be processed using thermoplastic processing methods and can also be blended with PTFE powder.

Application
It is primarily used for manufacturing pump and valve linings or for electrostatic spraying.
Packaging
- Packed in polyethylene plastic bags, and then sealed in outer packaging bags, each bag contains a net weight of 25 kg.
- Packaged in a single-layer plastic inner bag and then placed in a rigid cylindrical drum; net content: 20 kg per drum.
Transportation & Storage
Transportation: Non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive; transported as non-hazardous goods.
Storage: Stored in a clean, dry, cool, and dark environment, preventing the introduction of impurities.
Attention
The processing temperature should not exceed 420 ℃ to avoid decomposition and the generation of toxic gases.
