Raw Materials & Manufacturing Process
Main Raw Materials:
Urea, hydrazine hydrate, sulfuric acid, chlorine / hydrogen peroxide (oxidizing agents), zinc oxide activator, deionized water
Manufacturing Process:
Urea reacts with hydrazine hydrate to form biurea → acidic oxidation reaction to synthesize crude ADC → multiple water washing for desalting and impurity removal → centrifugal dehydration → hot air drying → ultra-fine pulverization and modification → sieving and classification → finished product

- Free from heavy metals, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), and harmful volatile substances
- Complies with RoHS and REACH environmental requirements
- Decomposes upon heating to release gas; classified as Class 4.1 flammable solid
