Product Description
This product is a granular polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) copolymer. Due to its resistance to most chemical media, as well as its excellent heat resistance, high mechanical strength, superior wear resistance, resistance to UV radiation and ionizing radiation, outstanding electrical insulation properties, good flexibility, and excellent processability, it is a preferred material for applications in the electrical and electronics sectors—such as functional membranes, heat-shrinkable tubing, and injection-molded parts—or it can be utilized as an additive.
Application
It is mainly used in additives, optical films, cable materials, and heat shrink tubing. It is also used in the production of PVDF products through molding, extrusion, and other processing techniques, including chemical pipes, sheets, rods, and wire and cable sheaths.
Packaging
- Packed in polyethylene plastic bags, and then sealed in outer packaging bags, each bag contains a net weight of 25 kg.
Transportation & Storage
Transportation:
Transport as non-dangerous goods. Avoid heat, moisture, or severe vibration during transportation.
Storage:
It should be stored in a clean and dry environment at 5~30℃ to prevent impurities such as dust and water vapor from mixing in.
Attention
Avoid processing or using at temperatures above 350℃ to prevent decomposition and the generation of toxic gases.
