Raw Materials & Manufacturing Process
Main Raw Materials:
Modified sodium bicarbonate composite salts, stearic acid modifiers, polyethylene wax dispersants, activated silica carriers, silicone coating agents
Manufacturing Process:
Accurate raw material dosing → low-speed premixing → high-speed thermal modification and coating (85–95°C) → low-temperature air drying → jet ultra-fine pulverization → cyclone classification → iron removal → packaging → finished product
