Product Description

This product is a granular polyvinylidene fluoride copolymer. Due to its resistance to most chemical media and excellent heat resistance, high mechanical strength, high wear resistance, UV resistance, radiation resistance, excellent electrical insulation properties, good flexibility, and excellent processability, this resin has become the preferred material for electrical and electronic fields, functional films, heat shrink tubing, and injection molded parts, or can be used as an additive.

Application

It is mainly used in additives, optical films, cable materials, and heat shrink tubing. It is also used in the production of PVDF products through molding, extrusion, and other processing techniques, including chemical pipes, sheets, rods, and wire and cable sheaths.

Packaging

  • The granules are packaged in plastic bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag.

Transportation,  Storage & Precaution

Transportation:

Transport as non-dangerous goods. Avoid heat, moisture, or severe vibration during transportation.

Storage:

Store in a clean, dry environment at 5~30℃ to prevent dust, moisture and other impurities from getting in.

Precaution:

Avoid processing or using at temperatures above 350℃ to prevent decomposition and the generation of toxic gases.
