Raw Materials & Manufacturing Process
MK-101 is produced from pentaerythritol and refined stearic acid through high-temperature esterification under catalytic conditions, followed by vacuum de-alcoholization, decolorization, filtration, condensation flaking, and ultra-fine pulverization.
The product features high purity, high melting point, and low volatility,making it an efficient internal & external lubricant (internal lubrication dominant) for high-temperature PVC processing.
