Raw Materials & Manufacturing Process

MK-880B is produced using high-molecular-weight organosilicon monomers as the core raw material, through high-temperature oxidative polymerization, graft modification, and melt granulation.

The resulting polymer is water-insoluble and delivers lubrication and mold release performance far superior to conventional PE wax and oxidized PE wax.

Product Description

MK-880B can replace high-end PE waxes, oxidized waxes, and benchmark products such as 316A, OA6, and OA9. It is specifically optimized for high-filled and high-density PVC foaming systems.

Product Functions & Key Advantages

  • Higher Processing Speed & Lower Torque:
Significantly improves plasticization rate and extrusion efficiency, reduces equipment load, and extends service life
  • Outstanding Cost Performance:
Low dosage required; enables higher calcium carbonate loading, greatly reducing raw material cost
  • Superior Late-Stage Lubrication:
Enhances mold release and surface gloss, improving board flatness and brightness
  • Excellent Foaming Compatibility:
Improves cell uniformity, ideal for high-density foamed boards and high-calcium formulations

Applications

Suitable for:

  • PVC high-density foamed boards
  • Foamed wall panels
  • SPC / WPC flooring
  • High calcium-filled boards
  • Celuka (crust foamed) products
  • PVC calendered films
  • Films requiring improved anti-blocking and surface slip performance

Safety & Environmental Compliance

Environmentally compliant formulation. Free from restricted hazardous substances and suitable for modern eco-friendly PVC processing systems.

Packaging

  • 25 kg per bag
  • Packaging structure: outer woven bag + inner food-grade PE liner
