Raw Materials & Manufacturing Process

MK-880A is produced from ethylene, propylene monomers, and long-chain lubricating organic ester monomers through high-temperature oxidative polymerization, catalytic crosslinking, melt homogenization, and underwater pelletizing.

The result is a high-molecular-weight composite lubricant with excellent heat resistance and long-lasting lubrication stability.

Product Description

MK-880A offers excellent compatibility with PVC, fillers, and various additives. It is suitable for extrusion, calendering, and injection molding processes for both rigid and flexible PVC products.

Product Functions & Key Advantages

  • High-Temperature Long-Lasting Lubrication:
Optimizes the plasticization curve, enhances mold release, and prevents sticking to screws and molds
  • Improved Continuous Processing:
Reduces plate-out, extends cleaning cycles, and improves equipment efficiency
  • Low Dosage & High Efficiency:
Requires low addition levels, allows higher calcium carbonate loading, and reduces formulation cost
  • Enhanced Surface Quality:
Minimizes flow marks and mold deposits, improving surface consistency and gloss
