Raw Materials & Manufacturing Process
MK-2021 is produced from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) through a high-temperature catalytic oxidation process, introducing polar functional groups such as hydroxyl and carboxyl groups. It is then refined through distillation, flaking, pulverization, and sieving.
The product features moderate polarity, uniform molecular weight distribution, and excellent compatibility with PVC.
Lubrication Characteristics
Internal and external composite lubricant with excellent lubrication performance, providing both plasticization and mold release effects.
